High atop a Metropolis skyscraper, a family born from the ashes of Krypton stands tall in the first part of this multi-part Super-statue from DC Direct, composed of 3 pieces (sold in 2 parts) that form one statue. Each part includes a piece of the statue's third portion: Superman, who rises up from the center of the piece. Solicited this month: Part 1, featuring Superboy & Power Girl, with the upper half of Superman. Part 2 (to be solicited next month) features Supergirl & Steel, and the lower half of Superman and eagle base detail. Bases slide together to form a multi-tiered rooftop for the characters. Both parts of the statue are needed to make Superman. This hand-painted, cold-cast porcelain statue measures approx. 10.15" H x 8" W x 8.9" D, while the fully assembled statue measures approx. 10.15" H x 17" W x 8.9" D.
