After a battle with Optimus Prime left Megatron mortally wounded, Starscream saw this as the golden opportunity to dispose of his former commander and take leadership of the Decepticons by sending Megatron into oblivion. Upon his immediate return to Cybertron, Starscream prepares for his coronation ceremony by donning a crown and adding a cape as a final flourish.
