Wholesale
AFX is proud to distribute many of today's hottest toys and collectibles. We wholesale most of our products with NO MINIMUMS. To get set up as a wholesale account, please click here to download and complete our New Account Application and fax it to us along with a copy of your Resale Certificate at (707) 885-2291. We will then contact you to get you set up. Please note you must have a physical storefront and/or a webstore; and your store front / webstore MUST BE OPEN. We do not wholesale to eBay sellers or other auction sellers. We also do not have a data feed to upload our inventory. Thanks for stopping by!
Our Policies:
- Initial Order: Your initial order must be a minimum of $300.00.
- Drop Shipping: Don't want to store anything? Don't worry, we can drop ship any order for you directly from our warehouse! Simply enter the information in the 'Ship To' area of the checkout form. Please note most orders ship in our AFX labeled boxes and there is a packing slip with our name and address inserted in each box. This is for security purposes and assists us in handling problems in the event of a mispacked or damaged order. Please note availability is always subject to change without notice. Just because an item is in stock today does not mean it will be in stock tomorrow as it could sell out at any given time. Please be sure to keep checking back to make sure an item is available.
- Minimium Orders: There is no minimum opening order required to purchase wholesale. However, you must order at least $1,000.00 throughout the year in order for your account to stay active. If by the end of the year you have not placed a total of at least $1,000.00 in orders, then your account will be closed.
- Shipping: We will bill the shipping charges to your order based on the weight of each carton. We ship UPS Ground for all U.S. orders, UPS Standard for all Canada orders, and USPS Priority Mail International for all orders outside the U.S. and Canada. If you have your own shipping courier or freight forwarder you are welcome to use them as well. Simply provide the details in the 'Comments' section of your order.
We do not hold items for wholesale orders. Items will ship as they come in stock. Therefore the shipping and handling quoted may not accurately reflect the actual shipping and handling charges billed to the wholesale order. Please click here if you wish to receive a shipping and handling quote prior to making your wholesale purchase.
Free shipping offers DO NOT apply towards wholesale orders. - Handling: Handling is $3.00 per shipment plus $.35 per item ($.75 per case).
- Picking Up Order: You are welcome to pick up your orders from our warehouse. Standard handling fees will still apply. Orders are available for pick up from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday (except holidays), 36 hours after your order is placed. You do not need an appointment.
- Ordering: Orders may be placed online (after logging in), via phone, fax, or email. We ship orders as they become available.
- Promotions: Free product giveaways, free shipping, etc. does not apply to wholesale purchases.
- Coupons and Discounts: Wholesale accounts please note that promotions such as free shipping, offers, coupons, etc. are not vaild on wholesale orders.
Please note: Availability for all items are subject to change without notice. Items listed on this site may have small parts and therefore may present a choking hazard to children under 4 years of age. Product images on this site may be prototypes and are subject to change before shipment. Items are in stock only if its availability states 'Usually ships in 2-3 business days'.
